Support keep trying to close my ticket now with non answers and not willing to address the issue. I keep going back asking why I'm not Eligible as i was a phantom edition pre-order purchased via the EA APP who couldn't play Day 1 due to the Content missing issue.
EA cant make promises and not uphold them. Simple as.
If you haven't raised a case yet. Don't expect it to just be given they consider the issue resolved.
This is so strange! If All eligeble has recived their compensation, why did my cusine get the battlepass and the xp tokens and me not we both bought the game directly from the EA ap and tried to get in on launch at the same time?
