EA_Leeuw It's been a month since the game launched. Many people still haven't received their compensation (myself included), and you continue to remain silent, ignoring people and the problem on your end. This shows how you treat your customers. You're already suffering reputational losses. Every new update brings a new bug, a new problem, or both.
Fix this already and compensate everyone who's owed. You've already lost your rating and the respect of players, not to mention customers who won't fall for your promises or buy your products in the future. The game's Steam rating is 62%, making it the second-worst game in the series. And it's only getting worse.

I absolutely agree with every word!
And game's rating on Metacritic has also dropped, and now there are more negative than positive reviews.But they simply ignore people. They respond with template responses and close tickets.
Still have not received compensation, a lot of time has passed.
