Reminder hat I'm still here, hoping for an divine intervention... or a response.
"Hi,
I just finished my third live-conversation regarding my second ticket with a member of your support staff over a period of 2-3 Weeks now.
I've already been told several times that I was eligible for the compensation. (instead of looking it up in the tickets history this seems to have to be checked, re-checked, re-re-checkend and made sure of every time a new).
That the compensation should be delivered automatically and that I should have received it I also have heard a lot.
Since I'm writing here you may guess what my issue is... yes, I didn't receive it :D.
Or to be precise, I'm pretty sure I didn't.
No increase in my boosters and no "we are sorry for your inconvenience here is your stuff - prompt" in game.
Your support today told me a complete other department was responsible for that compensation.
At that department he could inquire that I was eligible for the compensation. So far so good...
But this department had automated the delivering process, and somehow couldn't or wouldn't handle anything outside of this automated process. So far so bad...
If I felt like I was falling through the cracks, the only "hail marry" I could send would be a post in the forum and get the attention of a community manager - they could bring things on track and monitor posts like that intensively. (lets see if thats ture).
This is why am here, and I hope this is what I did.
Not sure about the right subforum/tag to post it... but I will think about that at the end.
I'll attach some information, including the last transcript with your support staff.
The little private information it contains I don't care about - let the world know (I scrambled my E-Mail though).

(don't be surprised, conversation is in German, even the support staff seems to have had to use translator to do so)
I think this compensation was along the lines of ~
- 12 x 60min Hardwarebooster
- 12x 60min Careerbooster +
- 1 Battlepass (Season 1 or 2 - depending on Phantom-Edition or not, since it includes season 1)
and goes ahead with an ingame-prompt that says something like "sorry for your inconvenience, here is stuff for you make up for it"
Feel free to correct me if I got something wrong here.
Since this is what I'm expecting to receive and can't verify to have gotten as of today.
If I should have expected something else, tell me what to look for."
