I've already sent a complaint to the BBB about it, but I'll leave a review as well.
As for the media outlets, I've sent out an email to every single one listed explaining the issue and providing links for further details (mainly Battlefield's twitter promising compensation and this thread), and also explained my experience with EA Help - and how they're basically powerless to resolve anything.
I'm hoping they take a look into it and decide to write a piece up. Not only would it help us get more eyes on the matter, but it's kind of hip to doompost BF6 at the moment and would basically guarantee clicks.
Feel free to provide more media outlets we can email to - I'd be more than happy to send them an email as well. I'm going to be busy trying to write a letter to EA HQ so I can't look too far into it at the moment.
