I have noticed that there are thousands of posts about this so I think everyone who has the same issue should comment and upvote this post and we can try and get EA to do something about it.
Simply put, thousands, probably tens of thousands or more of us haven't received our compensation of 24 XP boosters and Season One Pass due to not being able to play the game on day one due to the licensing issue with the EA APP.
I believe this may be due to us briefly connecting to a portal match and being instantly kicked out again. Either way, we didn't get to play.
We have been flooding the customer service agents with cases and get the same copy pasted "have you turned it on and off again" messages, shut down and sent around in circles for weeks now.
Cases get closed with no resolution. We get banned from online chat. The button for online chat doesn't even show up for me anymore.
There is going to be no resolution for any of us unless we all band together and make a big post about it. So here it is.
I also think we should get extra compensation considering the fact that so much of our combined time has been wasted and the rudeness of the EA customer service agents.
We have been called liars. That we are not eligible. Constantly ghosted by customer service agents even though we all have proof, screenshots etc.
Its time to stand up and do something. Even if its just a post to say "Same" a vote up and a few likes. The more people post and vote and like, the more chance we have at getting something done about this mess.
So please guys, give this a vote, a like, a comment. And lets get this done.
Also, to add more pressure, if you have time you can lodge a complaint with the BBB (better business bureau) and they will contact EA Games on our behalf and put pressure on them to resolve it faster.
It only takes a minute and will really help the effort.

Guys, i've talked all day with the support, they say that my request was sent to the team that managed the compensation and i not meet the requirement, but without explication. I can confirm that i've bought my BF6 on EA APP and had all the problems in day 1.
The problem is simple: there are first-class countries and second-class countries, so if you purchased your copy of BF6 in a second-class country, you are probably not eligible for anything. Since I have not received any official explanation, this is the only one I can give myself.
I won't buy anything else on that awful app that EA has on the market.
