Guys, i've talked all day with the support, they say that my request was sent to the team that managed the compensation and i not meet the requirement, but without explication. I can confirm that i've bought my BF6 on EA APP and had all the problems in day 1.
The problem is simple: there are first-class countries and second-class countries, so if you purchased your copy of BF6 in a second-class country, you are probably not eligible for anything. Since I have not received any official explanation, this is the only one I can give myself.
I won't buy anything else on that awful app that EA has on the market.

It doesn't matter in which country you have bought battlefield 6. My friend and I both bought it from the same country but only he got the compensation. We both bought it at the same time, started it at the same time, stopped trying to play at the same time and at the next day we both started to play... again at the same time
