I am highly convinced that the problems with daily login rewards, Twitch drops and Compensation for EA App Outage are caused by a bug in the in-game mailing system.

Today (Oct. 21) marks the 11 day of PROBLEMS with missing acquired/promised content. The news tab is empty for most users who have reported the problem.

Even Vince Zampella himself confirmed that the issue is still being investigated. Since this situation affects a large group of players.

I would like to know when exactly the bug is planned to be fixed and missing content&compensation sent out.

Same story.

I pre-ordered Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition on September 9, 2025, through the EA client. Since the game's release, I've been getting the following error every time I try to connect:

"Battlefield 6 Connection FAILED 1:86001S:51002S:57019S"

I've contacted support numerous times. They say everyone affected by the launch issue has been rewarded.

But I only received XP boosts and the promised 100 free Battle Pass levels?
I'm still waiting for the promised rewards.
