EA app Outage In-game Rewards
I am highly convinced that the problems with daily login rewards, Twitch drops and Compensation for EA App Outage are caused by a bug in the in-game mailing system.
Today (Oct. 21) marks the 11 day of PROBLEMS with missing acquired/promised content. The news tab is empty for most users who have reported the problem.
Even Vince Zampella himself confirmed that the issue is still being investigated. Since this situation affects a large group of players.
I would like to know when exactly the bug is planned to be fixed and missing content&compensation sent out.
Like and comment on this thread so it doesn't go unnoticed.

I have not received any compensation either. In addition, I have not received the daily login bonus since day 1. Or does that mean that we players have to log in to the forum every day to express our dissatisfaction?
What is particularly annoying is that my two brothers have already received compensation – even though their circumstances were significantly different:
My first brother didn't log in until October 12, 2025, as he was away on Friday and Saturday.
My second brother returned the game to EA and then bought it via Steam – and still received compensation.
I, on the other hand, tried to play on Friday, but was prevented from doing so by the well-known “buy content” error. Since then, I have only received evasive or meaningless answers from support, but no concrete solution.
The behavior of the forum managers is also disappointing. They are demonstrably active in the forum, but have not commented on this issue once. This silence not only comes across as unprofessional, but also disrespectful to the entire gaming community.
It is simply shameful how paying players are being treated here – especially since the compensation was announced by EA itself. The players did not demand it; it was promised to us.
Perhaps it is time for us as a community to turn to major gaming portals and media outlets – such as PC Games, GameStar, Instant-Gaming, gamesaktuell.de, gameswirtschaft.de, gameswelt.de, or similar platforms in other countries.
I myself come from Germany, and I am sure that many players there are similarly disappointed.
We as a gaming community should no longer tolerate this behavior.
