[CLOSED] BF6 - Purchase To Unlock/Not Installed Error & Compensation Update

Really disappointed to see that myself and so many others are still missing compensation from the EA App launch day issues. 

We didn't ask for compensation, you offered it as a gesture of good will towards those affected. Now, after getting the positive PR, you are trying to sweep the issue under the rug and just ignore all the people who have been skipped over and instantly close support tickets related to the issue.

The size of this thread and the constant stream of new posts coming in related to missing compensation should be proof enough that there was some flaw in the process.
