At the launch of Season 1, I had 1,100 Battlefield Coins in my account. When I claimed the Battlefield Pro Pass that came with the Phantom Edition, all my Battlefield Coins were deducted. I contacted EA to get it fixed, and after several days and wasting a lot of time, they told me nothing appeared in their systems. Seriously?! They took my money right in front of my face and told me they knew nothing. What the hell! I won't say more because I don't want to lose my mind.
No daily rewards, no Twitch drops, no compensation, they stole my Battlefield Coins, connection problems, useless support, useless forums, and useless community managers.
Everything about this company is a joke.
At this point, I've lost all motivation to keep playing the game. Today I logged in, played a couple of matches, and I don't even want to play another one. I feel like they don't care about the game, their community, or their customers. They robbed me right in front of my face. They just want more money, and it shows.
Even during the busiest time of day in my region, there are bots in Conquest mode. Bad reviews on Steam and everywhere else. It's clear that people are losing interest in how the game is being managed.
Without a doubt, I will no longer buy Battlefield products, and even less so from EA.
