Hello everyone,
I’m one of the players who were affected by the EA App outage during the Battlefield 6 launch.
Like many others, I was told that all affected accounts had already received the promised compensation (Boosters + Battle Pass). Unfortunately, that’s not true for my account — as of today (November 10), I still haven’t received any of it.
I’ve opened a support case on October 17, received only automated responses, and eventually got messages saying my case was “resolved” and that the rewards had been delivered — which is simply not the case.
I also tried to follow the suggestion to contact the live chat, but it’s currently not available at all. So right now, there’s no working way to get real help for this.
Please, EA team — review this issue again. There are still players out here who were affected by the launch problems but never got what was promised.
We’ve been patient for weeks, but at this point we just want a clear response and the compensation that was officially announced.

Same here. I don't think EA cares anymore and we will probably never get the compensation that they promised.
