Clowns at EA. Even the compensation system isn’t working. I contacted EA “Help” about the fact that I still haven’t received any of the promised packs, and they simply told me I’m not eligible—without being able to explain why. If I need further assistance, they said I should email EA, yet the agent wasn’t even allowed to give me the actual email address. It honestly feels like EA Help is running a full circus over there.
