Hello, I am extremely disappointed with how this situation is being handled. EA publicly promised a free Season 1 Battle Pass to players affected by an EA app error at launch — and I fall into this category. In the first hours after release, I could not properly access the game and could only join matches through the Portal, which clearly matches the problem described in EA's message. Despite this, I still have not received the Battle Pass, even though several support agents told me to wait. Nothing has changed. At this point, it seems that the promise EA made to affected players is not being fulfilled. I want to be perfectly clear: I will continue to publicly report this issue, share my experience, and write about the fact that the problem is not resolved until it is properly fixed. I believe players deserve transparency and fairness — especially when EA makes an official statement and then fails to follow through.
