The Support finally admitted that no one gets Comensated even if they promissed it in the Mail. This is an absurdity to say that they have no possibility to compensate affected but not identyfied cases through Coupons or Coins to purchase the Battle Pass. The support told me to wait this Case is still getting investigated in my Case. And after 30 Days when you cant refund they just say its over goodbye. This is a Scam and wont get tolerated!
I Contacted the German authorities in this matter because we got promissed a Value to overlook this incident and got held in line so we couldnt refund after 30 Days. Hope this gets escalated and someone with a Brain works in this Case!
Sofar the worst Support and Compensation handling I have ever witnessed!
