[CLOSED] BF6 - Purchase To Unlock/Not Installed Error & Compensation Update

Despite BattlefieldComms on X claiming twice now that they have sent out the compensation for the Day 1 outage my account has still yet to be given the XP boosts or the token for the next season. I have reached out to every community manager on X that I am familiar with but this issue has seemed to have fallen on deaf ears. Nobody is acknowledging it despite others having the same issue. The only proof I have of this outage was me posting about it on X, didn't think to screenshot at the time. If someone could raise this to a higher up that would be wonderful for those of us who are still affected. Thanks.
