I recognize that you want to know more about why some players including you did not get the goodwill grants and how it was determined who could receive the grants for the EA App outage during Battlefield 6's launch day. Please know that we have no information regarding this. Please know that our team has conducted a thorough investigation and confirmed that all players who were affected of the said incident were given the promised grants. This EA support is a joke. Everyone receive same answers. This should be investigate
