EA Support have again give fob off answers to go to the community forums and upvote the post.
Then try to close the ticket. They have blocked being able to update the tickets via resume cases button. However if you reply via email it will force the ticket reopen. I suggest you keep doing that until they actually take action. Only once their SLA for tickets are completely decimated might they take some action to actually fix it.
I've told them as much that ill keep reopening the ticket until action is taken as EA support is my only line of communication to get this resolved and the forums can and are being ignored.
Management only get involved when metrics are impacted.
Still not received the promised compensation. Phantom Edition pre-ordered via the EA APP.
Utter disgrace.
