After spamming the support i got my hopes up with the following reply.
''Hello there! Thank you for contacting EA. My name is Shiv.
I hope you're doing well. I will assist you with your case today.
I extend my sincerest apologies for the delayed response to your case.
Upon reviewing your case, I see that you didn't receive the missing items . Please don't worry; I will do my level best to help you with the issue.
Alright, I just discussed this with my team and this seems to be something we need to take in consideration, thank you so much for letting us know about this concern, what I will be doing here to help you better is I will be reporting this issue as bug on your behalf so that our game team can investigate and hopefully get this resolved for you.''
But when asking about it more, its the classic. Getting different support people that keeps sending the same horrible copy paste automated response and not even reading previous texts in the case. My hopes are now in the toilet. The EA Support is horrendous!

Yo man, I work in CSR ( customer support ) for another company - it`s not much that they can do - they just escalate the case and wait for the technical team to solve the issue. ( that`s what I do also )
We will probably get the rewards EVENTUALLY cause I am also missing the SOR300SC weapon ( if anything ) but it`s gonna take a while for sure.
But it`s not a guarantee - the database might be corrupted and they can`t fix it also , who knows.
They prob have some 3rd world technicians if anything ( companies like these go for really cheap labour and it shows )

You should submit a ticket just in case.
If something did mess up with their database/backend, they might fall back on to those cases to track affected users.
Doesn't hurt, too.

I've sent over 30 plus emails and get the same "Polite" scripted replies, NEXT. and different person every time. I will persist however and send a least one reply a day until its resolved. Pls Dice break your ties to EA, THEY ARE ABISMAL and their Greed out weighs their Customer Satisfaction😡
