Hello,

i've pre-purchased bf6 deluxe edition and as many others, i have been impacted by a bug delaying my access to the game.

You communicated that we/i was supposed to have a compensation of exp bonus and battle pass but i never received anything.

I tried multiple times via help.ea tchat contacts to resolve my problem but they can't do anything and they keep closing my support ticket, so i just keep opening it again and again.

Can i have some help ?
