[CLOSED] BF6 - Purchase To Unlock/Not Installed Error & Compensation Update

The launch outage is resolved, but compensation was not applied to my account even though I meet the stated conditions. I have timestamped proof of impact and current account state showing missing entitlements.

Expected

• Grant the announced compensation to affected players:
  • 12 Hardware items
  • 12 Career 60-minute boosters
  • Season 1 Battle Pass
  • Season 2 Battle Pass if Phantom Edition
• Battle Pass tab shows access without purchase prompt
• Items visible in in-game messages or inventory

Actual

• Battle Pass tab appears but is locked and prompts to buy the pass
• No compensation items in inbox, EA Connect messages, or inventory
• Friends received the package; my account did not

Proof of impact

• Logged in on Oct 10, 2025 and repeatedly hit the “purchase to play” error despite owning the game
• Discord account and EA account both use ModeEnabled and are linked from Battlefield Labs testing

Troubleshooting done

• Checked inbox, EA Connect, and inventory
• Logout/login to EA App, game restarts, PC restarts
• Full reinstall including DLC
• Followed EA’s missing content guidance
• No change

Support replies to date

• Confirmed compensation was auto-issued to “affected players”
• Stated support cannot see the eligibility criteria
• Stated there is no manual method to review or correct missed accounts
• Tickets closed with “no further changes will be made”

Suspected cause
Eligibility logic appears to have missed players who were logged in but blocked from playing. These accounts were not flagged and therefore did not receive compensation.

Request

• Forward to Battlefield 6 team or senior support for manual eligibility verification on account ModeEnabled
• Provide a manual remediation path for players with verifiable proof of impact whose accounts were not flagged
• Apply the compensation if verification confirms eligibility
