Yo man, I work in CSR ( customer support ) for another company - it`s not much that they can do - they just escalate the case and wait for the technical team to solve the issue. ( that`s what I do also )
We will probably get the rewards EVENTUALLY cause I am also missing the SOR300SC weapon ( if anything ) but it`s gonna take a while for sure.
But it`s not a guarantee - the database might be corrupted and they can`t fix it also , who knows.
They prob have some 3rd world technicians if anything ( companies like these go for really cheap labour and it shows )
But I didn`t submit a ticket - posted on another thread and hoping for the best **bleep**.
You should submit a ticket just in case.
If something did mess up with their database/backend, they might fall back on to those cases to track affected users.
Doesn't hurt, too.
