I contacted EA Support for like 3 or 4 times on the chat, they always claimed that if I didn't receive the compensation then I was not one of the affected users and I have no chance on getting the compensation. They told me to use the forum. Here, I can see 8k+ comments about the same issue. Finally, I managed to break through the first line and my case was forwarded to Customer Relations department. Surprise, surprise it turned out that I should receive them. However, I didn't receive any message to my in-game inbox. My boost numbers also didn't change. I have only the boosts that I received for Phantom Edition and for completed challenges. And I did all that was advised in the email and even more! I restarted the game, restarted EA app, cleared the EA app's cache, log out and in again, reinstalled the whole game on my main PC and now I even installed it on my secondary PC. Nothing works.
After few days I created new case as the old one coudn't be reopen. I heard again that content is added. That is not true, I didn't receive anything.
EA_Leeuw could you support on the case? I'm already tired of battling EA on the topic that was clearly EA fault and being mislead on each step.
This is just ridiculous, I think we've all been fooled.
