I posted on launch day explaining that i preordered the Phantom Edition of BF6 weeks before and it took 7 hours for me to be able to play it on the day due to the EA app outage. Referring to this tweet https://x.com/Battlefield/status/1976804746674815031/photo/1
I've been in contact with EA Help four times over the last week and a half to try and get the promised Battlepass for season 1, and until today they did not advise me to go back to the forum. After all, I posted here on launch day. I've received the xp boosters but not the battle pass. Could anyone please assist me? I have updated the game, repaired it, and still nothing.
With no response here and no updates on the main thread, I want to raise this again - I'm still awaiting the Battle Pass compensation due to the launch day purchase to play outage. I hope EA can resolve this or at least update us about it soon.
