I can confirm that this issue is not solved. I've been waiting since season 1 launched and I've received nothing. and EVEN TILL TODAY I still see no compensation given to my account even 

  1. I have preordered on EA app and I do have the tombstone rewards
  2. I've had the issue on launch day hence only portal servers were available for me
  3. have checked my inbox everyday since season 1 launched, still nothing.
  4. Have reached to ea help, they just say that the compensation has already been distributed to those that are eligible
