I can confirm that this issue is not solved. I've been waiting since season 1 launched and I've received nothing. and EVEN TILL TODAY I still see no compensation given to my account even
- I have preordered on EA app and I do have the tombstone rewards
- I've had the issues at the launch day hence only portal servers were available for me at that day
- have checked my inbox everyday since season 1 launched, still nothing.
- Have reached out to EA help, they just say that the compensation has already been distributed to those that are eligible, and I had to send 2 more emails to get something that looks less like copy pasted content and suggested me to make a post here.
