After 46 messages on my EA Help ticket, i finally got a response stating "look, if you wanna make an official complaint, we cannot guarantee the outcome, do you still wanna continue?”. Obviously I wanted to continue, only to be met with one of the generic (auto-translated) copy and paste answers. Told them wtf happened with filing an official complaint, and now I received a very short answer in English that they are looking into it. Currently at 48 messages now...
