We'd like to let you know that the dev team has already sent out the in-game bonus content to the affected players. If you did not receive anything, it means that our dev team may have verified that you were not affected by said outage or the granting may have just been delayed. As this stands right now, these cases has been considered as 'resolved'. You can simply wait for any in-game updates that our team may send out, but I suggest to curb your expectations.
