Another update from support, on the opposite of the previous one.

First of all, I really appreciate your enthusiasm towards the game to report this issue as per the information I have many players reported the same, and our dedicated team working on this issue and once they complete the investigation they would resolve the issue.
You have been our greatest gamers and we just expect little patience and co-operation on this part while we are working on it.
We will try to resolve this issue at the earliest without any shadow of a doubt.
