I want to share my experience with EA support regarding the Battlefield 6 compensation issue caused by the launch bug.
No matter what I write or explain, the support team keeps replying with the same scripted response—saying all affected players have received compensation and redirecting me to the forums.
I even requested a call to discuss my case, but they just gave me the same generic message without actually reading my messages. On top of that, they asked me to continue the conversation in a live chat, but the link they provided does not work.
I own the Phantom Edition and was promised the Season 2 Battle Pass and XP boosts as compensation, but I have yet to receive them.
It’s frustrating to feel ignored despite providing evidence that I was unable to play at launch and have not received the promised rewards.
