Another response from EA without actually reading my replies, I have a screenrecording of me being unable to play the game on launch day because of the exact issue, but I keep getting totally fobbed off by support.
Also, STOP trying to close the ticket and make me use live chat, the live chat *does not work* at least in the EU.
We sincerely wish we could assist you with this matter. However let me inform you that now the issue has been resolved and announced compensation has been already disbursed to those who were affected based on specific login and activity data during the impacted period.
If you did not receive anything, it means that our team has verified that you were not affected by said outage. No further changes will be made in this regard unfortunately.
