I was impacted by the EA App outage on launch day, but never received the compensation the team promised. EA Help (ref Case #224719739, #225356695) insists that they are unable to do anything and have told me the only thing left to do is post on the forums. It's so frustrating that we're only given the EA Help as an option, they say they can't actually do anything, and I'm just stuck with no way to get this problem fixed.
Can someone from EA please help me?

I’ve opened three different cases and still gotten generic responses. I feel like I know what the issue is for some but they don’t care to listen. If you tried getting into a community search game (I’d get to the loading screen and kicked back to menu before loading in game) then their system thinks you got into a game. Thats my guess but idk, i still haven’t got rewards either and i took a whole day of PTO just to play and couldn’t.
