Still no help after 3 cases, I took a whole day of PTO just to play and couldn’t. I almost feel like I know exactly what issue is but the ai chat doesn’t listen. If you tried getting into a community search game (I tried and would get to map loading part and then get sent back to menu without loading into game) I feel like their system thinks you got into a game. Idk I couldn’t play basically whole day even though I preordered through ea. So disappointing this hasn’t been fixed yet.
