Hello CM Team,
I’m requesting a manual review of my compensation eligibility for Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition.
I was affected by the launch issue on the EA App and could not play on release day due to missing content (Multiplayer not installed error).
I provided proof to EA Help (screenshots, timestamps, Twitch chat from launch), but the automated system did not classify my account correctly.
My case ID: #228113362
EA Help advised me to post here so community managers can acknowledge and re-escalate it.
Proof provided:
- Multiplayer not installed error (screenshot)
- Receipt & purchase details of Phantom Edition
I kindly ask for a manual entitlement check and the compensation that was officially announced for affected EA App users.

If it's any consolation, you're not alone. There's an official thread with over 8,000 comments, but don't worry, they'll ignore you. Because they're rubbish and made false promises.
