Another week goes by with silence and no compensation.

3rd chat with support gaslightning me into thinking I am not eligible, because their servers flagged me with not having issues? I COULDN'T PLAY FOR THE ENTIRE LAUNCH DAY DUE TO MISSING CONTENT ERROR
