Hold on, I just found them!
A message popped up in my inbox flagged as received two days ago, but there was no unread notification in the main menu. And I’m sure it wasn’t there two days back.

It might help those who still don't see it in the inbox to clear EA app cache :

  No, as you can see on last picture, I don't have the battlepass bonus because I don't have the battlepass.
