[CLOSED] BF6 - Purchase To Unlock/Not Installed Error & Compensation Update

I am still waiting for this promised Battlepass. Support is telling me to post here. Looks like I am not alone and lots of people heard nothing and are getting the run around from support who says they can't help. EA_Leeuw​ are you who is supposed to fix our issue when support directs me to the forum for help?
