Even though I have not yet received the promised compensation for the game not working 36 hours after launch, my official support ticket has been repeatedly rejected and I have been literally laughed at, even though absolutely no one in my wide circle of acquaintances has received compensation and there are legions of people who would gladly join a class action lawsuit, I fear that EA is well aware that in the end, no one will follow through with a lawsuit or other legal action, and they are blatantly betting on that. Even if the lawsuit were based on a good premise, precedent, or burden of proof, EA will take advantage of the fact that such a dispute will drag on for a long time and cost a lot of money, and no one who is not of their size has the capacity for such a battle. In the meantime, they will rake in money from microtransactions, and they won't give a **bleep** about the outcome of the lawsuit. It's disgustingly dirty behavior, so hopefully players will at least remember how many lies this group has told, how they want to listen to the community, how they are preparing a polished, revolutionary gaming hit, and yet they are not even able to keep their application running or avoid introducing a million other bugs with every update. In the end, they just made an emulator to lure as many players as possible from Warzone, because after this patch, no one can convince me that the game isn't strikingly similar and full of the same crap as Warzone... pathetic
Yes, it's frankly quite disgusting. After my 30th (or more!) reply to support, I have decided to give up.
This is the last time I will spend any money on an EA product - I have been a customer for over 15 years. It's a shame, really, because I quite enjoy the game. Just a shame their customer services/support/relations are some of, if not THE worst I've ever seen.
Shame on this company.
