I purchased the game on October 8th on the EA App and started preload as soon as available.
I logged into the game around 9.00 PM GMT+1 on October 10th and spend about 1 hour adjusting settings and keybinds.
When I tried to log into a game I was affected by launch day issue and couldn't play the game until the following mornign.
As of today I haven't received the compensation and the support agents on EA Help chat keep telling me that "all the players that have been affected have received the compensation".
Clearly there is something wrong... The last agent told me to open a thread of this forum to get an answer from a Community Manager
I am in the exact same situation, and have received the same response from EA support. I'm hoping someone here will be able to help as I don't have any more options.
