We wanted to stop by with a brief update regarding the EA app issue that’s been discussed in this thread.
Any players who were unable to access any modes have already received the content as per the original post. We’ve now followed up by granting XP Tokens to players who were identified to be impacted in some modes. If you’re included, you’ll find an in-game message in your Battlefield 6 Inbox (accessible from the main menu) with the tokens available to claim.
Thanks to everyone who stuck with us and offered thoughtful, constructive feedback throughout the process. We truly appreciate your patience and passion for Battlefield, and with that, we’ll consider this thread closed.
After all this time, there is a response. I was affected by the opening day and met the criteria in the original post, and yet, I've still received nothing. I'm sorry, but it would appear that all you've done is offer a token of what was promised to some members. I spent hours trying to log in/uninstall/reinstall, and the whole time the counter was going up as if to say I've been playing. Yes, I did manage to try that portal thing and was told that this wasn't a disqualifying issue (as stated by customer service), but that was unplayable, along with telling me the game wasn't installed for everything else. Is this acceptable? I think not. Very disappointed in the whole shambles. I will, however, acknowledge the token offered to me, which I have just found. That being said, it still doesn't distract from the fact that it took so long to get a response, nor has the offer of compensation been completed.
