CQB/TDM Matchmaking Lobbies Stuck at 12/16 players.

This issue was present before latest patch, the previous post was just closed because the new patch came out. Mind you that patch in no way mentioned it addressed this bug .

I wonder if the mods actually act upon what we report here. It has been two weeks since we are facing this issue and reporting it but absolutely no acknowledgement or action.
