Known issue, we see it all over. Pre-Order people who pre-loaded cannot play the game as it tells us we have to purchase campaign and multiplayer DLC that we already purchased.
All play should have been paused when this was discovered. Now, Steam, PSN, etc players progress while we cannot even play the campaign.
This should not be a hard patch, it is a licensing flag issue.
EA app users that cannot access the game for a length of time should be compensated as now our gameplay just got harder against higher level people from the get go.
We bought the game from the your company directly through your own app, you would think we would be the last people effected by issues like this.
I have having this same issue. Hopefully they get this fixed soon. Seems it was a mistake going through the EA app. Not sure if this is possible but what if I wanted to play it through steam? Would I have to get a refund first from the EA app then buy it again through steam? Or could it be transferred from EA app to steam?
Not sure if this has to do with this issue. But during the payment process, an error code 51016 came up during checkout process. Didn't get a chance to get a screenshot of it, went away pretty quick. But payment still went through. Anyone get that error code?
