Known issue, we see it all over. Pre-Order people who pre-loaded cannot play the game as it tells us we have to purchase campaign and multiplayer DLC that we already purchased.
All play should have been paused when this was discovered. Now, Steam, PSN, etc players progress while we cannot even play the campaign.
This should not be a hard patch, it is a licensing flag issue.
EA app users that cannot access the game for a length of time should be compensated as now our gameplay just got harder against higher level people from the get go.
We bought the game from the your company directly through your own app, you would think we would be the last people effected by issues like this.
Here is the solution guys : Refund the game and buy it from another platform. I don't know man I am speechless right now. My anger is making my head ache. How did they manage to **bleep** this up? This is the last time I'm gonna buy something from EA APP and I suggest you guys do that too.
