For over three months, I (our) have received no help with my issue, and all my tickets have been closed. Apparently, everything, including my screenshots, was forwarded to the developers, but there's been no feedback. Neither the Steam forum, nor here, nor EA Help has provided any useful assistance or information.
Unfortunately, my request to send my screenshots to EA_Pythia doesn't seem to have helped either. I haven't received any further response.
All I want are my Twitch Beta Drops, the loyalty skin (Sprin Rein), and the Versatile skin (which I paid for via Twitch – strangely, I have the other drops from that day). Like many others, I was only able to unlock the first three items in the Battlefield Pro bonus path. It can't be that difficult to understand all of this, especially with my screenshots. If I needed anything else, I could have just said so. It seems to me like this is a nuisance for the developers, and they're just going to wait it out until no one else complains.
But I'm still very disappointed with the support. I also find it weak that, for example, there's been absolutely no news about the problem with the BF Pro bonus path. There's also no information about whether the developers are still on holiday or what the current status is regarding bugs like the scoreboard.
(i think there is a bug for Steam users not receving stuff and the link between Steam and ea account)
