Game needs server balancing

The game is in dire need of a functioning auto team balance. This is for 2 reasons- 1. The most obvious, no one has fun in a server where one team wipes the floor with the other. Not fun for winners nor the loosers. There doesn't seem to be an auto balance and the fact you keep putting us in new lobbies just makes things worse. I can't even balance myself because EA doesn't allow me to switch teams.

This crushing defeat or victory happens more often than not.
