Invisible Weapon, missing textures, missing sounds
I've been having two recurring issues:
- When I load into a game, half the time I'm missing my gun texture, and other textures haven't loaded in correctly. I can shoot and aiming down sights just zooms in but still shows no scope. Guns are also invisible in the loadout menu. The only fix I have found is to quit the game and restart.
- Often during the game I lose most sounds. I can hear my own footsteps, gunshots and other explosions. All voices, announcer voices and some atmospheric sounds are missing. I can't figure out what triggers it, but quitting the game is the only fix I've found. I also can't click "leave game" when this happens, and have to exit the entire program.
I've already tried clearing my shader cache by disabling it in the NVIDIA control panel and deleting the DX and GX folders. I'm not sure if this helps reduce the frequency, but it isn't a permanent fix. I've alos rolled back the GPU driver and the issue persists.
