Your number 1 problem is the same for me , and it only started after the limb patch. Im on xbox and every gun fight feels like im on 1000ping even tho i am standing around 30-35 , like you mentioned , i will loose a fight to a guy that is not even facing me. I also feel like i need 30+ bullets to down someone and 30+ to finnish too
