Major packet loss

EA please fix the packet loss. I cant play medium/large scale battles at all without major rubber banding. Small scale battles, redsec and community servers run fine, absolutely perfect. My internet connection is fine, I'm hard wired, XMP is enabled in my bios. I tried every possible solution, but nothing works. This issue needs to be resolved. I know that I can play community servers, but every **bleep** server is either bot farms or Hardcore. I don't want to play that, I want to play literally the main reason of playing a battlefield game. I love the game, but its hard to continue playing when I can't play 70% of the game. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.
