Missing dogtag collectible

I was doing the campaign mission, the rock, and I had every collectible, but the one in the museum. when I searched up where all the collectibles were, the collectible I was missing was in the museum near the start next to the man sitting at the desk with the blinking light. Apparently i go to far in the museum that that area with the collectible was out of bounds. It was just enough time to run and pick up the collectible, but right as I did, I died. The game didn’t register that I picked it up, but the collectible is gone. I’ve tried restarting my PS5 multiple times uninstalling and reinstalling the campaign and uninstalling all of battlefield together and nothing worked. Can I please get some help on how to fix this thanks.
