redsec under map exploit

People going under map and even though they are  under there they don't take damage from ring. We literally stood in circle at end as it closed on us and they won even though were last in map. They cant do damage to anyone on the map but since they cant be damaged it ruins the competition of the BR. Fix would be to put  kill  barrier under surface of map or patch the entrances to these locations.
