I've been complaining about this for the past week.
Winter Offensive update v1.1.3.0/v1.1.3.1 - keyboard + mouse stuttering/hitching | EA Forums - 13034735
Here is another post which describes where its actually coming from - EA Javelin Anticheat
Stutters, hiccups , framedrops i found the cause!! Edit*** | EA Forums - 13025338
Test this yourself:
Open Task Manager in Windows > Performance Tab. Trigger the stutter and observe the CPU graphs.
My 2nd/4th CPU cores will jump to 90-100% utilization every time I press a "certain" key, and the stutter appears. The keys that trigger it changes from run to run. Only applies to keyboard input - my controller or just keyboard presses does not trigger any kind of stutter. Even when I look around with the keyboard and press any combination of keyboard keys - no issue. Moving the mouse + keyboard input is what triggers the stutters. Pressing 2 or 3 keys at the same time, over and over - severe hitching to the point where it has to catch up to the most recent input - like watching a video a 2x speed.
People who have been playing other games that use EA Javelin Anticheat have the same issue - its not just Battlefield 6!
This information helps a lot!
Note: None of the solutions offered in this discussion or any other discussion have actually worked for me. I can't play the game like this.

To help you, you need to start the game and reach, for example, the training mode, WITHOUT pressing other keys on the way to the menu (use only the mouse for the menu). And then you can press the first 8 buttons, which you will most often use with parallel mouse movement.
P.S. I also have a processor load of 90-100% in the game itself, but this is not a problem if nothing extra is running. You'll have 50% of the load at the training ground, but the stuttering won't go away, so that's not the reason. By the way, there is a solution if you are worried about CPU usage - the .cfg file, Google it, but it reduces the minimum FPS, so I do not recommend it)
By the way, the easiest way to check if you have the stuttering described in this topic is to hold down ALT and start checking for stuttering with ANY keys + Mouse movement, and if they disappear, then the solution from my topic is definitely suitable for you. And if they don't disappear, then you have another reason for stuttering (
